DynamicGroups is a Windows service that maintains group membership in your Active Directory. Based on a simple but very powerful configuration file the group membership of selected groups is automagically adjusted according to defined rules.
Highly flexible but simple configuration file allows you to define any ldap filter or OU filter you like.
You can also configure a cron schedule for the timing of dynamic group membership updates.
